In the initiation phase of a R&D project, we first carry out the product evaluation. Product features will be reviewed by a group of people from different departments. By spending plenty of time on discussion, product features will be fertilized. Risk management methods will be introduced to control all potential ventures, such as safety, material, and test environment. Prototype sample will be developed based on final design. Prototype will be reviewed and design will be revised according to final finding.
